3 Years Warranty

You can count on the high quality of eneo products. And should a problem ever occur: you have the best possible cover with the eneo 3 Years Warranty.

The following provision applies: You are granted a Three Year Warranty for purchases on or after 1 October 2010 and two years for purchases before that date. Use for the intended purpose is a prerequisite.

Parts are excluded from the warranty that have become worn due to use or other natural causes. Examples of these exceptions are.

a) Monitor panels including background lighting (warranty: 12 months)

b) Motors, slip ring, gears, potentiometers of pan/tilt heads (warranty: 12 months)

c) Motors, gears, potentiometers of motor-driven zoom lenses, (warranty: 12 months)

The warranty can be extended upon request, please discuss your requirements with us.
